Joshua Kelly founded Spartan Electrical and Solar in 2021 after almost 10 years of experience in the industry. Having worked in many areas of electrical and solar, we have a vast knowledge of many aspects of the business and are always honest when providing advice so customers have the best possible outcome at competitive prices.
